The power of us

  Just as gamers have proved in the case of Fox news and Mass Effect or in the case of  anon and Scientology, we as a people can band together and do amazing things. Our power as one voice screaming in unison cannot be ignored. Our generation has more power than that of our ancestors due to unfiltered access to media creation. We must not continue to allow the ignorant and unjust in our society to control our futures. We must not allow the intolerant to breed their subversive form of hatred into our lives. We must fight back. We must vote and educate those friends of ours that do nothing on election day. We each have a responsibility. For your own good, if you know of someone who says things like "I don't follow politics" or  "I don't vote", you must do your part to help force a change. If you would not let this person bleed out in front of you, then stop this hemorrhage of injustice. Educate, and if necessary, transport the individual to their polling place. Make a difference. Stand up for what you believe in. Use your talents as artists, photographers, bloggers, web developers, editors, IT professionals, actors, musicians, or whatever position you find yourself in, to make a difference. Be inspired and then be the inspiration.
